NOTICE OF SALE OF TRAVEL TRAILER

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that pursuant to default under the storage agreement dated August 1, 2021, made by Eric Mata and Roxanna Velasquez, Owner, to Ocean Canyon Resorts, LLC., a Delaware limited liability company, Operator, the 2019 Forest River Salem FSX 177BH Travel Trailer, VIN# 4X4TSMT3KY004030,  bearing Texas License Plate #B37-4002, located at Tres Rios RV Resort, 2322 County Road 312, Glen Rose, Somervell County, Texas 76043 and stored in Storage Site #34, together with any personal property located therein, will be sold to satisfy the landlord’s lien held by Ocean Canyon Resorts.

The travel trailer and its contents will be sold by private bidding and is available for viewing at the above location by appointment only by contacting the resort manager, Ms. Carol Guy @ (254) 221-0018. Sealed bids will be accepted until February 1, 2025. Please submit your bid and contact information, to be received by that date, to Ocean Canyon Resorts, LLC., Atten: Mark Adams, 1001 Walnut Street, Texarkana, Texas 75501, or by submitting your bid online via secure online website @ ocrrvs.com. Ocean Canyon reserves the right to submit a bid. 

The travel trailer and its contents will be sold to the highest bidder for cash, “AS IS”, or by credit against the outstanding amounts owed to Ocean Canyon and secured by a lien against the travel trailer and contents.

THERE WILL BE NO WARRANTY MADE OR PROVIDED RELATING TO THE CONDITION OF THE TRAVEL TRAILER OR ITS CONTENTS, TITLE, POSSESSION, QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR THE LIKE IN CONNECTION WITH THE DISPOSITION.

The highest bidder will be notified on or after February 1, 2025. Upon notification, the highest bidder is required to pay the full amount of the bid within forty-eight hours. Ocean Canyon will accept cash, certified check, cashier’s check or electronic funds. If the highest bidder fails to pay the full amount of the bid within 48 hours, the next highest bidder will be contacted.
